We are a premiere builder of custom homes located in Victor's finest communities. Our homes possess the original definition of quality while accommodating buyers of various budgets and tastes. By today's standards, our homes are masterpieces that possess the longevity of landmark style houses.

Having been in the building industry since the 1950's, Giuseppe Polidori, Anildo Ferri, and Mauro Polidori have a combined experience level that includes every aspect of building. From site development to using environmentally conscientious materials and subcontractors, their experience is culminated in the ability to envision a finished product.

Our philosophy is based on a hands-on approach. We are not foremen directing a crew, we are owners who are on the job every day. We wear work boots instead of suits, and our customers are used to seeing us on site. We provide a distinctive style of customer-focused homebuilding the only way we know how - by rolling up our sleeves and just doing it.

We invite you to drive through some of Polidori & Ferri's oldest communities. Notice that they all possess an ageless quality that is not typically seen in newer home communities. These include: Candlelight Run, New Seabury Lane, and Sachem Trail in Victor; Stonehedge Estates in Ontario; and Woodard Manor in Webster. Our current projects include Falcon's Nest, Highland Green, and Aldridge Acres in Victor.
