Giuseppe Polidori, Anildo Ferri, and Mauro Polidori

About Us

European tradesmen have long been respected and admired for their dedicated, disciplined, and creative approach to building. In the 1950's, Giuseppe (Joe) Polidori learned the old world trade of masonry. He moved his family to the United Stated in the mid 1960's and established a successful masonry business.

Is was in Abruzzo, Italy, that Anildo (Andy) Ferri learned to be a mason before coming to the United Stated in the 1970's. While practicing his craft in the US, Andy joined fellow mason Joe and they continued to flourish and grow their masonry business.

In the mid 1980's, Joe's son Mauro, who grew up learning the masonry trade from his father, joined the business and soon after became a partner.

After several more years of masonry work, they progressed into the professional home building business. They recognized that they could provide a service to customers that many builders were missing. This desire, together with their drive and ambition, has made them the successful custom home builders they are today.

"We have to see and experience a house start to finish. Plans may need to be adjusted to accommodate the homeowners, and further adjustments may be required on site. The builder needs to be there because it is their responsibility. We also need to observe each subcontractor working on the project while being environmentally conscientious. This is what true custom home building is." --Mauro Polidori
